Philadelphia Police Officer Charged With DUI After Crashing Into Vehicle, Flipping Own Car In Oxford Circle
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A Philadelphia police officer is facing DUI charges after a crash in Oxford Circle. Police say Officer John Sears was off-duty and driving drunk Sunday night when he flipped his car at Roosevelt Boulevard and Bustleton Avenue.
Sears also crashed into another car.
He is a 13-year veteran of the police department.
