Firefighter Falls From Ladder Battling Montco Blaze
POTTSTOWN, Pa. (CBS) - Officials say a firefighter was injured after falling off a ladder during a fire Thursday morning in Pottstown, Montgomery County.
The fire broke out just before 4:45 a.m. at the Comcast Service Building on the 100 block of Shoemaker Road.
While investigating, officials say the firefighter fell approximately ten feet off a ladder. He was taken to Reading Hospital in stable condition with non life-threatening injuries.
The fire has been placed under control. There's no word yet what caused the blaze.
