• The Chester County Government Services Center, in West Goshen, is operating on a two-hour delay, because of a power outage caused by last evening's storm.
• The Chester County Justice Center, in West Chester, is closed for the day, because of a power outage.
• The Chester County Office Building at 313 West Market street, in West Chester, is closed.
• The Franklin Joint Municipal Court in Gloucester County in Franklin Township is closed today due to power outage.
