WARMINSTER, Pa. (CBS) -- A college student from Bucks County has been sent to the disciplinarian's office -- in this case, a courtroom -- after admitting to grade fraud.

Edwin Kim just wasn't very good in the classroom:

"His grades were pretty poor."

The Warminster man was getting F's in accounting and financial management -- among other courses at Temple University's Ambler campus. So, Montgomery County assistant district attorney Steven Bunn says Kim upgraded himself to an A-.

"He basically hacked into the computer grading system and changed his grade."

Using a keylogger, which captured his professors' passwords when they signed on a computer in an administration office.

It crumbled for the 31-year-old when the grading system alerted a professor that she was already logged in.

"He acknowledges what he did was wrong."

Lawyer Stephen Geday says Kim pleaded guilty to records tampering. He's on a two-year probation and has gotten himself kicked out of school.
