PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - On today's APP-tastic and outta SITE - American Well.
So you don't feel good - and you're tired of self-diagnosing via the Internet. On the other hand, you don't have it in you to spend 2-3 hours setting up an appointment and going to a doctor's office. The American Well app lets you see a doctor on your phone or tablet - and even get short term prescriptions and consultations.
There's a $49 dollar fee per visit, but you'll see a board certified doctor or nutritionist within 2 minutes in 45 of the 50 states.
