Accident May Have Led To Deadly Shooting On Roosevelt Boulevard, Police Say
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police are investigating if an accident led to a deadly shooting on the Roosevelt Boulevard. The accident, involving an SUV and a motorbike, happened near Adams Avenue around midnight Saturday.
Police say the 43-year-old driver got out of his SUV to check for damage when someone shot him.
When police arrived they found the victim lying in the street with a gunshot wound to the abdomen.
He was pronounced dead at Einstein Hospital a short time later.
