White powder sent to NYC courthouse was addressed to Judge Engoron, source says
An envelope containing a white powder was mailed to the Manhattan Civil Courthouse, addressed to Judge Arthur Engoron, who recently oversaw former President Donald Trump's civil fraud trial.
