West Indian Day Parade security preps spark frustration for some Brooklyn residents
The annual West Indian Day Parade promises to draw thousands to Brooklyn this weekend, and the city says it's ready. Some Brooklyn residents, however, say this year's security measures are causing a whole lot of headaches. CBS News New York's Andrew Ramos reports.
