Video shows Bronx shooting sources say involved off-duty NYPD officer
Police sources say an off-duty NYPD officer opened fire on a group he believed had stolen his family's car Monday. A bullet hit one of the men in the head, and he's now in critical condition. CBS News New York's Naveen Dhaliwal reports.
