Tacks and tire spikes planted on trail behind N.J. elementary school, police say
Police say hundreds of tacks and tire spikes were deliberately scattered along a dirt trail behind an elementary school in Verona, New Jersey. Now, they're searching for who put them there. CBS News New York's Christine Sloan reports.
