Suspect arrested in N.Y. cold case murder to be released from jail
There has been a stunning turn of events in Orange County following an arrest in the cold case murder of a college student. A suspect was charged last week, but by law he had to be indicted within six days, and that didn't happen. As CBS2's Lisa Rozner reports, he'll be released from jail Thursday.
