Security fencing goes up around 9/11 Memorial & Museum
That's where the names of all 2,983 victims of the World Trade Center attacks in 2001 and 1993 will be read aloud on Friday. The memorial will be closed to the public until 3 p.m. that day. CBS News New York's Allen Devlin reports.
