Riverhead declares state of emergency to keep away asylum seekers
On Long Island, one community has declared a state of emergency proactively to keep away any possible buses of asylum seekers. CBS2's Jennifer McLogan reports Riverhead and a group of Suffolk County supervisors say the responsibility of placing migrants rests solely with the federal government.
