Parents of boy killed by DWI driver partner with drunk driving campaign
The parents of a Boy Scout killed by a convicted drunk driver say the child's death was 100% preventable. As CBS New York's Jennifer McLogan reports, the family is now partnering with a drunk driving campaign that begins with increased DWI patrols and checkpoints this Fourth of July.
