NYPD officers shoot, kill man accused of coming at officers with scissors
NYPD officers shot and killed a man in Queens after he allegedly came at the officers with a pair of scissors Wednesday afternoon. Police say he had called 911 himself to express he was having a mental crisis. CBS New York's Ali Bauman reports.
