New York City Council proposes permanent outdoor dining with new rules

Outdoor dining is one step closer to being permanent in New York City. A City Council bill that has support from Mayor Eric Adams would allow outdoor dining structures to exist in roadways, but as CBS2's Naveen Dhaliwal reports, it wouldn't be for the whole year.
