New report details failures of New York's legal cannabis market rollout
A new report released Friday says the cannabis rollout in New York state was a failure. According to a review that was ordered by Gov. Kathy Hochul, inexperienced leadership and an underspent budget are just a few of several missteps by the Office of Cannabis Management. CBS New York political reporter Marcia Kramer has the story.
