New Jersey, New York back in federal court for congestion pricing lawsuit
It's New Jersey's last-ditch effort to stop New York from implementing congestion pricing this summer. As CBS New York's Christine Sloan reports, both states were back in a federal courtroom Thursday arguing their cases.
