N.Y. AG Letitia James appointed as special prosecutor in alleged gang rape at Cornell
Gov. Kathy Hochul signed an executive order Thursday night, appointing Attorney General Letitia James as special prosecutor in the alleged gang rape at Cornell’s Chi Phi Fraternity in 2024.
