Man who told police he fatally shot a younger man on Wednesday facing weapons charges
The case took a strange turn on Thursday when the judge recused herself. A search warrant revealed the accused, a 65-year-old retired doorman, had more than two dozen weapons in his home. CBS2's Naveen Dhaliwal has the story.
