Mamdani says homeless encampments on Manhattan's West Side will be cleaned up
The Department of Homeless Services took over encampment sweeps from police back in February, starting each job with seven days of outreach. That's what the mayor says will happen first. CBS News New York's Kristine Johnson reports.
