Malcolm X's family announces lawsuit over handling of assassination
Tuesday marks 58 years since Malcolm X was assassinated. Prominent civil rights attorney Benjamin Crump joined family members of the slain civil rights leader to announce a new lawsuit related to his murder. CBS2's Lisa Rozner reports.
