Long Island woman gets probation in death of anti-gang activist
Ann Marie Drago, 63, of Patchogue, was sentenced to five years probation for hitting and killing anti-gang activist Evelyn Rodriguez in 2018, despite the district attorney recommending up to three years in prison. CBS New York's Jennifer McLogan reports.
