LIPA will offer customers new time-of-day rate plan
Long Island electric customers could soon start saving hundreds of dollars per year on electric bills with a new rate plan. The Long Island Power Authority will be offering rates that fluctuate based on the time of day. As CBS2's Carolyn Gusoff reports, customers will have a decision to make in the coming months.
