L.I. man suing Nassau County Police over alleged police brutality
A Long Island man claims he's been the victim of police brutality and an unlawful arrest. As CBS2's Jennifer McLogan reports, he says police bodycam video proves he was assaulted by a Nassau County detective while other officers stood by.
