L.I. man pleads guilty in drunk driving crash that killed couple
A Long Island man pleaded guilty Tuesday to aggravated vehicle homicide and manslaughter charges for a high-speed drunk-driving crash. Sotirios Spanos, 33, admitted to driving while intoxicated in August 2023. The crash killed a husband and wife, Odalis and Ismenia Urena.
