L.I. lawmakers release plan to address high child care costs
The high price of child care is keeping many New Yorkers at home and out of the workforce. Some Long Island lawmakers say the issue is a top priority. As CBS2's Carolyn Gusoff reports, they released a three-point plan to begin to ease a crisis.
