Gov. Hochul will not sign Louisiana warrant seeking extradition of NY doctor
Gov. Kathy Hochul spoke out after Louisiana Gov. Jeff Landry signed an extradition warrant for a New York doctor indicted by a grand jury for allegedly prescribing abortion pills online.
