Funeral held for parking garage manager killed in collapse
New York City inspectors shut down four parking garages Friday in the wake of the deadly garage collapse in the Financial District. The city held a sweep, looking at 78 structures. The news comes on the same day that a funeral was held for the man who was killed in that collapse. CBS2's Dave Carlin reports.
