Disciplinary trial to move forward for off-duty officer in fatal shooting case
More than a decade after off-duty NYPD Officer Wayne Isaacs fatally shot Delrawn Small during a Brooklyn road-rage confrontation, Police Commissioner Jessica Tisch has ruled that a long-delayed disciplinary case can move forward. CBS News New York's Ali Bauman reports.
