Defense in Lindsay Clancy case now says there's no evidence she killed her children
Lindsay Clancy was back in court Tuesday for a hearing that will determine if she'll face a retrial for killing her three children. Clancy's lawyer is now claiming there's no evidence that she even killed them. Shanelle Kaul reports.
