Crews working to repair 20-inch water main break in Upper Manhattan
The break was reported shortly before 11:45 p.m. under the elevated 1 train station at the corner of Dyckman Street and Nagle Avenue in the Inwood neighborhood. CBS News New York's Adi Guajardo reports.
