Children of slain NYPD detective hope new law grants access to pension
NYPD Det. Miosotis Familia's oldest daughter took on the role of raising her younger siblings after her mother's murder. But because of a legal loophole, she's been denied lifetime benefits which are typically given to the families of fallen officers. CBS2's Lisa Rozner reports.
