Charges filed against companies allegedly involved in Baltimore Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse
Prosecutors filed federal charges against two foreign companies, accusing them of conspiracy to defraud the U.S. and failing to inform the Coast Guard of known hazardous conditions, among other charges.
