1st double pancreas kidney transplant successfully performed on Long Island
After years in the making, a team of surgeons successfully performed the first pancreas-kidney transplant on Long Island. Despite complicated risks, the first patient selected was all in. As CBS News New York's Jennifer McLogan reports, the patient says the double transplant saved his life.
