17th death at Rikers Island prompts new calls to close facility
There are new calls to close Rikers Island after a 28-year-old man died while in custody this weekend. Advocates say he is the 17th person to die this year at the jail. CBS2's Lisa Rozner spoke with his family, who has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the Department of Correction.
