1 dead, 2 injured after pedestrians hit in Chinatown in NYC, police say
A 77-year-old man and two females were struck at the intersection of Bowery and Canal Street in Chinatown around 10:20 a.m. The man was rushed to Bellevue Hospital where he was pronounced dead, the two other victims were hospitalized in stable condition. The driver of the truck, a 66-year-old man, is in custody.
