Officials with the National Weather Service have not determined the strength of the cyclone, but say it touched down in Mullica Hill, just outside of Philadelphia.

The EF0 tornado started as a waterspout before climbing onshore at around 7:35 a.m. It moved across part of the island and then headed back into the water, officials said.
Tornadoes were also confirmed to have touched down in Ronkonkoma on Long Island and in New Canaan, Connecticut.
"It just sounded like a really loud train going through my house. It was crazy. It was frightening," resident Helen Johnson said.
