On the afternoon of March 9, an 18-year-old man got off a northbound train at the Elder Avenue station. Police said he was walking along the platform when he was approached by four or five people.
Services will be held for Arroyo from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and then again from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Joseph A. Lucchese Funeral Home on Morris Park Ave. in the Bronx.
The suspect, 25-year-old Jose Gonzalez, is being held without bail. He is charged with murder, grand larceny and operation a vehicle impaired by drugs.
