Crews were called Saturday night to a two-story home on Walton Avenue in the Fordham section.
Making matters worse, they say their landlord isn't doing anything about it.
Police said the suspect approached the victim around 10:30 p.m. Friday on Elder Avenue in the Soundview section and verbally lured her into a black SUV.
Police say a 68-year-old man was entering an apartment when three men approached him from behind, pushed him to the ground and beat him.
Surveillance video shows the suspect follow the victim into the lobby of the building and walk right by a security officer.
