An arrest warrant alleges he lied about contacts he had with Jennifer Dulos on the day she disappeared.
It begins, "If you are reading this I am no more. I refuse to spend even an hour more in jail for something I had NOTHING to do with."
Dulos was discovered unresponsive inside a vehicle in the garage of his Farmington, Connecticut home Tuesday after an apparent suicide attempt.
