There's some good news for Metro-North riders who travel to the West Side of Manhattan
Officials are accusing the railroad is needlessly delaying a major expansion of Metro-North service into the Bronx, including the creation of four brand new stations.
Schumer said the agency plans to ask, as early as Monday, for a two-year extension on its federally mandated deadline to have PTC put on trains by Dec. 31, 2018.
