Republican Vickie Paladino Defeats Democrat Tony Avella For New York City Council Seat
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Republican Vickie Paladino has defeated Democrat Tony Avella in their race for New York City Council.
Paladino will replace the term-limited Paul Vallone.
