Tony's Table With Stephanie: Shrimp Fra Diavolo
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - Tony Tantillo and his daughter Stephanie are suggesting a simple shrimp dish for dinner.

Shrimp Fra Diavolo
Ingredients
- 8 Jumbo Shrimp
- 6 oz. Grape Tomatoes
- 8 oz. Marinara Sauce
- 2 oz. Finely Chopped Mint
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 3 oz. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 Hot Cherry Peppers
- 2 oz. Fresh Parsley
Preparation:
Sauté shrimp until pink, 2 minutes on medium heat with olive oil. Remove shrimp from pan, add tomato sauce, garlic and grape tomatoes. Let simmer, 4 to 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Butterfly shrimp, add to pan and cook for 1 minute. Add parsley and mint and simmer for another minute and serve.
