Tony's Table: Three-Bean Salad

NEW YORK (CBS 2) -- Well if you can't stand the heat in the kitchen -- no worries.  CBS 2's Tony Tantillo has a meal that requires no cooking!

Ingredients:

12 oz. can of garbanzo beans

12 oz. can of kidney beans

12 oz. can of cannellini beans

7 oz. cooked edamame

4 oz. chopped celery

4 oz. chopped red onion

3 oz. chopped fennel

4 chopped garlic cloves

1 ½ oz. tarragon

Basil, salt and pepper to taste

Meal Preparation:

Drain beans and put into large bowl with all the ingredients.  Mix and serve.
