NYPD: Manhattan Subway Sex Abuse Suspect In Custody
NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - A man wanted for sexually abusing a woman ona subway platford was arrested Thursday, police said.
Daniel Galantter, 47, of West 22nd Street was arrested and charged with first-degree stalking and sex abuse.
Galantter is accused of attacking a woman who was standing on the northbound N/R platform at 23rd Street Saturday evening at 6:45 p.m.
Galantter walked up to the woman, put an arm around her and then reached up her skirt and sexually abused her, police said.
He then fled the station.
