SEE IT: Subway Riders Break Into Song On Stuck Train In Brooklyn

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – Subway riders in Brooklyn made the most of a bad situation by singing their sorrows away.

It happened Thursday when a Q train got stuck between Prospect Park and Seventh Avenue with no power or cell service.

Riders said it was getting hot and uncomfortable inside the car when someone suggested they bide their time by singing.

People took turns serenading each other for about 45 minutes until service was restored.
