Stephanie & Tony's Table: Bacon Swiss Chard With Flounder
Bacon Swiss Chard with Flounder:
Ingredients:
1 filet flounder
1 swiss chard bunch
4 slices bacon
Olive oil as needed.
Directions:
Blanch swiss chard until very soft, about 15-20 minutes.
Meanwhile saute bacon until crispy and cut into small dices, mix with Swiss chard and set aside.
In a separate pan Lay seasoned fish down in oil and quickly sear.
Plate along side of swiss chard mixture.
