NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Bruce Springsteen fans were left smiling Friday night after he and the E Street Band rocked the Madison Square Garden.
For fans of "The Boss," it was like winning the lottery -- a numbers game.
"This is my 100th Bruce Springsteen concert tonight," one man told 1010 WINS' Terry Sheridan.

"I've seen Springsteen probably 55 times," said another.
But the audience also had some newly-minted fans who were seeing Springsteen for the first time.
"I mean this is my first concert so I really don't know what to expect, but it's going to be a lot of fun and I'm really excited," said one 13-year-old.
Springsteen played Friday night as part of his Wrecking Ball Tour.
The tour is Springsteen's first in four years and the first since saxophonist Clarence Clemons died.
"It was like a religious experience. He's so good live, it's ridiculous," said one woman.
