Restaurants, Celebrity Chefs To Gather For Taste Of Tribeca Event

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) -- Sixty-five chefs and restaurant vendors from lower Manhattan will gather in Tribeca Saturday for a fundraising food and wine event.

Taste of Tribeca, an outdoor food festival, is a fundraising event for local public schools PS 150 and PS 234. In addition to the massive list of participating restaurants, the event will also include a wine tour and live entertainment.

Food Network star Marc Murphy of New York City's Landmarc and fellow celebrity chef Marco Canora will go heard to heard in a master chef cook-off.

Participating restaurants and food vendors include Tribeca Grill, Locanda Verde, Stuzzicheria and Mrs. Cupcake.
